REPORTS ON SEPTEMBER CD CONVERSION RESULTS

Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc. (STECON) reported on its debenture conversion results between September 1-30, 1996 saying that no debenture holders made the conversion into the company's common shares during the month.
