REPORTS DIRECTOR'S RESIGNATION

Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc. (STECON) announced that Mr. Chavarut Charnveerakul has already resigned from his position as a director of STECON in order to take the post of Deputy Finance Minister, pursuing to the Royal Appointment of His Majesty The King. Mr. Chavarut's resignation was effective on the date of the Royal Appointment. STECON will select director to succeed Mr. Chavarut, and advise the result in later occasion.
