ST/1999/0574 7 May 1999 Subject : Debt Restructuring Information TO : Director and Manager of The Securities Exchange of Thailand According to the companys news in the Manager Newspaper, May 7, 1999, page 11, the company would like to clarify those news as follows : The company commensed to negotiate with debtor representatives in September 1998 which has progressed in succession. The company expects to conclude debt restructuring plan within May or June 1999. The form of debt restructuring is in negotiation period which can not be concluded now.
