04/07/2003 17:27 STECON : Adjustment to the number of "STECON-W" Adjustment to the number of STECON-W Reference is made to the resolution from the Board of Directors Meeting of Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Co.,Ltd. No.2/2003 approving the adjustment to the number of warrants. Thus, the warrantholders would receive additional 10 units of warrants for every unit of warrants. The exercise ratio will also be adjusted as follows: Existing exercise ratio: 1 warrant : 10 ordinary at 1 Baht/shares New exercise ratio: 1 warrant : 1 ordinary at 1 Baht/share As a result, effective from July 10, 2003 onwards, the number of the STECON-W in the trading system and its exercise ratio will be changed as stated above.
