The owner of the project is Dhanarak Assets Development Company Limited. The Company's scope of works includes 11 levels of the reinforced concrete building and 2 levels of the basement, which will be 93,000 square meters. The value of Sino-Thai scope of works is 1,813,000,000 Baht (Include VAT.). It is therefore informed for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the public and other investors.
