The owner of the project is Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The Company's scope of works includes the reinforced concrete building, 3 levels underground, 8 levels high roof-deck that has 18,400 square meters, electrical system, and related work. The construction period is 570 days. The value of Sino-Thai scope of works is 509,000,000.- Baht (Include VAT.).
