Clarification of the news - Increasing Registered Capital

ST.010/2007/0008 February 26th, 2007 Subject: Clarification of the news - Increasing Registered Capital Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to clarify that the company has no intention to increase registered capital as stated in "Khao Hun" newspaper dated February 26th, 2007 page 8. The news said that the company has its plan to increase registered capital from 1,185 Million Baht by increasing 1,000 or 2,000 Million Baht to support bidding plan in the future. This matter will be propose at the Board of Directors meeting in March 2007. The Company would like to clarify that the company does not provide such information to the press and the information is not true, it is therefore, please be informed for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the public and other investors.
