ST. 010/2007/0012 March 14th, 2007 Subject: Contract Signing of the Construction of the Burapha Withi Expressway to the South of the Suvarnabhumi Airport Project Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited is pleased to inform the SET that on March 14th, 2007, the company has signed new contract, which has detail as follows: Project name : the Construction of the Burapha Withi Expressway to the South of the Suvarnabhumi Airport Project (Contract No. 5000000693 dated on March 14th, 2007) Project owner : Expressway and Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand Contract value: THB 2,122,000,000 (Include VAT) Scope of work: the construction of elevated road comprising of 8-lane passageway from Burapha Withi Expressway to the South of the Suvarnabhumi Airport Terminal and the entrance and exit ramps from the main road moving towards to the Suvarnabhumi Airport. Construction period : 600 days (the project is scheduled to commence after the signing date or after receiving the Notice to Proceed from the Expressway and Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand) It is therefore informed for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the public and other investors.
