Joint Venture (The joint venture company between Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited and Aquathai Company Limited), has signed new contract on August 31st, 2007 which has detail as follows: Project name : Water Supply System Project (Contract No. 3/2550 dated on 31st August 2007) Project owner : Nakornratchasrima Municipal Contract value: THB 3,060,000,000 (Include VAT) Scope of work: the construction of raw water distribution station, water treatment plant, raw water pipeline, water pipeline and related works. Construction period : 1,140 days (the project is scheduled to commence after receiving the Notice to Proceed from Nakornratchasrima Municipal) It is therefore informed for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the public and otherinvestors.
