“Excellent” Corporate Governance Rating

STECON Group Public Company Limited (STECON) has been awarded a 5-star “Excellent” Corporate Governance Rating (Excellent CG Scoring) and ranked in the top quartile among listed companies with a market capitalization between 10 billion and 30 billion baht. The recognition is based on the 2025 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

In addition, STECON achieved a perfect score of 100 points (5 medals) in the 2025 “Quality Assessment of Annual General Meetings (AGM Checklist)” project organized by the Thai Investors Association and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
