STECON TO SET UP JOINT-VENTURE The Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc's (STECON) board of directors meeting No.14/1994 resolved to set up a joint-venture company under the name of Thai Industrial Park Co Ltd. STECON will hold a 15 percent stake of the registered capital for the new joint-venture company, which is equal to 3 millions shares at Bt10 par. The value of the investment is set at Bt30 million.
