Our ref : ST/2000/0093 February 16,2000 Subject : Y2K status report To : The President The Securities Exchange of Thailand Refer to our reference letter ST/1999/0551 date 22 April 1999 of suspending reporting to SET about Y2K plan and status due to our budget is less than 10 million bath. Up to the moment, we are happy to inform you that we do not find any significant impact to our business due to Y2K related issues. According to the current status, we would like inform you and investors that we are confident and anticipate no further impact due to Y2K related issues.
